Robin Lucier is currently the Human Resources Manager at the Injured Workers Pharmacy. She is an active and involved member of the Northeast Human Resources Association. She Co-Chaired the Training SIG, the Small Business SIG, and the Advanced HR Committee, and she was a member of the Professional Development Committee. Robin believes that by having an open mind and heart opportunities to learn and grow present themselves daily.
Robin has a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology and a Master's in Learning and Development. She is a currently a NEHRA Faculty Member teaching Employee Relations for both HR Basics and Beyond the Basics.
