It has been so well received that we recently added a Beyond the Basics course for those who wanted something ‘beyond’ HR Basics! It takes a deeper dive into subjects such as Employee Engagement, Compensation and the Talent Life Cycle. We just finished up our first pilot program and are beginning a new series starting next Tuesday, June 12th.
